As a sought-after drinks and brand consultant, I've shaped cocktail menus for top London establishments and crafted iconic serves for global brands. My latest venture - The Lost Property Office, is an intimate speakeasy in South East London. Previously, I led the drinks programs for Orange Brands Management, overseeing numerous venues globally. I was also co-owner of Scout, an award-winning cocktail bar in London, known for its creativity and sustainability practices, landing us a spot in the 'World's Best 50 Bars' list.

Currently, I'm working on my second cocktail book, as I continue to redefine the cocktail landscape with my creative and boundary-pushing ethos. With awards including winning the UK and Ireland’s Bombay Sapphire 'World's Most Imaginative Bartender Competition' and being named 'Social and Drinks Influencer of the Year,' I am regularly called upon to share my creative insights on national TV and radio.
